International orders to some countries may be subject to Customs inspections and fees and/or additional shipping fees based upon each country's policies and the shipping carrier's policies. We cannot be responsible for time delays due to these actions nor for reimbursement of any Customs fees or additional shipping carrier fees that may be charged to deliver the package to your country's destination.

Lemax Lingerie orders are shipped as soon as possible, subject to credit card approval and stock availability. Please allow anywhere from 1-3 weeks for arrival of your merchandise. Most orders arrive within 10-14 days. For high season, Christmas and Valentine's Day, delivery times may vary.
All shippments are dispatched from Poland.

Return policies.
We understand that choosing the right product can sometimes be difficult. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return your item within 30 days if it is still in original packaging and has not been opened. Before you return an item, please send an e-mail to .
